Our Process Consists Of

• Inspection and Testing of incoming material
• Inspection and Verification of correct issuance of materials against requirement
• Independent in-line Inspection at every stage of the product manufacturing e.g. , , Processing , , Finishing / Packing etc.
• Final Inspection before Delivery

Quality assurance department works in parallel with the Production Department and is divided in to following main wings:-

• Testing Wing
• During process and Final Inspection Wing

1) Testing wing

It consists of a Quality inspection Lab; equipped with all testing facilities regarding textile processing, yarn analysis, waste analysis. All incoming raw materials either chemical or yarns for our product are tested in the Lab.

Suchcriteria for acceptance or rejection of incoming materials are purely based for our internal use.

2) During Process and Final Inspection

In-line Inspection is carried out at every stage of product development like count rang .quality and Packing by well trained and highly qualified staff. Quality department is trying its best to fulfill the requirements of its customers i.e. strength, stretch and weight.

No Compromise on Quality

Nagra has very stringent policy regarding Quality Control. It has established an independent Quality Assurance Department which may employs to ensure product. While visiting Nagra, we can observe different operations being carried out by Quality assurance department

Goods cannot leave until QA issues the Cargo Release Note.
